Production Quality Control

For the control of production and quality – we use:

  • 2-pin component measurement control for the first batch – performed using an in-line integrated component measurement system to ensure accuracy and quality from the start.
  • 3D Automatic Optical inspection (AOI) - A high-speed, non-contact 3D inspection process that uses cameras and image processing software to detect defects and ensure component placement accuracy during PCB assembly.
  • Visual inspection – using Mantis microscope
  • Electrical test inspection – according to customer requirements - using customer specified test equipment.

Engineering Support

  • During evaluation, our team prepares a feasibility statement outlining production possibilities, required changes, and investments.
  • After production, the Production and Quality Managers create a First Article Inspection (FAI) report detailing each production step and recommending improvements for efficiency.
