- 2-pin component measurement control for the first batch – performed using an in-line integrated component measurement system to ensure accuracy and quality from the start.
- 3D Automatic Optical inspection (AOI) - A high-speed, non-contact 3D inspection process that uses cameras and image processing software to detect defects and ensure component placement accuracy during PCB assembly.
- Visual inspection – using Mantis microscope
- Electrical test inspection – according to customer requirements - using customer specified test equipment.
